Methodology

The CatalistIQ ERP Assurance Model.

A structured, evidence-based system of controls that guides transformations from initial planning through full-scale operational stabilization.

The 5 Phases of Assurance

We enforce strict exit criteria before any project is allowed to advance to the next stage.

Phase 1: Establish

Build the baseline requirements and evidence standards.

We define objective success criteria, map operational requirements, baseline timeline expectations, and document the specific evidence standards required to clear milestones.

Phase 2: Align

Confirm executive ownership and vendor commitments.

We restructure software licensing contracts, link Statements of Work (SOWs) to performance gates, define project decision rights, and verify client-integrator alignment.

Phase 3: Verify

Validate progress using objective testing criteria.

We audit database configuration fits, test legacy data migration integrity, analyze user-acceptance results, and ensure deliverables match operational needs.

Phase 4: Control

Manage scope deviations and change logs.

We govern the change control board, verify vendor billing logs, audit integrator change-order justifications, and mitigate project delays.

Phase 5: Advance

Move forward only when exit criteria are satisfied.

We verify pre-go-live readiness metrics, audit end-user adoption rates, and oversee operational stabilization until transition risks are fully mitigated.
